• Developed a feasibility algorithm for social housing projects, using standardized floor plan layouts to optimize strategies across form, floor space efficiency, and construction procedures. The toolset covered mass study visualization, cost calculations (CAPEX, OPEX, IRR), and performance evaluation including energy use, CO2 emissions, and daylight, all surfaced in a custom dashboard for clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
